The 5-day workshop will include:

Treatment protocols and sequences for the following surgeries

• Abdominoplasty
• Brazilian Butt Lift/360 Liposuction
• Breast surgery - including mastectomy
• Facelift, rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty
• Brachioplasty
• Thigh Lift

Protocols include:

• Manual Lymph Drainage 
• Positioning, bolstering and padding, 
• Lymphatic -Taping
• Compression garment selection, assessment and using additional foam inserts.
• Treating scars and fibrosis

Online theory to be completed beforehand includes:

• Anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the lymphatic system and how surgery affects it
• The wound healing process: The 3 intentions and the 4 phases
• Scar Formation & Types of Scars
• Fibrosis: how and why it occurs
• Common and Complex complications
• Compression; how it works and why it’s important
• Getting ready for your patient/client
